Set in a remote farming community, Kirsty is feeling the pinch from the aftermath of foot and mouth disease.
As she struggles to pay the bills, her landlord and rival farmer, Eduardo, wants the land for his sheep, so puts the pressure on by throwing outrageous obstacles in her way as she battles to survive.
With the help of a handsome, but dumb stranger, Mark, Kirsty takes a leap-of-faith and diversifies her farm to grow vegetables. Just as she starts to get ahead, her crops are destroyed...was it the evil Eduardo, the sleazy local John or something more sinister? With her back against the wall, Kirsty comes out fighting, and with the help of some unexpected allies, she goes to war to save...The Farm.
